NOVA GARAGE DOORS · TAMPA BAY, FLORIDA
Your privacy matters.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This policy explains what happens to the details you send when you ask NOVA Garage Doors (“NOVA”, “we”) for garage door repair or service through this website, and what the website does and doesn’t collect while you browse it.
What you send us
The booking form asks for your name, your phone number, the street address, city, and ZIP code where the door is, the service you need, and when you’d like a visit. Your email address and any notes are optional. Please leave payment card numbers, passwords, and other sensitive details out of the form; we never ask for them there.
What the website adds
With each request, the website notes the page it was sent from, the approximate area (city and state) that your internet connection points to, and your IP address. We use these only to route the request and to spot spam or misuse of the form.
Where your request goes
This website doesn’t keep a copy of your request. It passes the details straight to a private dispatch channel on a messaging service (Telegram) that only the people who schedule and handle service calls can read. From there, the details are entered into the customer-management system we use to schedule visits and keep job records.
How we use your details
We use them to contact you about your request, confirm whether we can serve your address, talk through your garage door, schedule the visit, and keep a record of the work. We may call or text the number you gave us about this request. Message and data rates may apply. If you’d rather not get texts, reply STOP to any text from us or tell us, and we’ll call instead. Sending the form doesn’t sign you up for marketing, and we don’t sell or rent your information or pass it to advertisers.
Service providers
A few providers are involved in getting your request to us: Cloudflare, which hosts this website and processes the form; Telegram, which carries the request to the dispatch channel; and the provider of our customer-management system. Each handles the information under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies, tracking, and analytics
This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies, and it loads no third-party fonts. To show customer reviews, the home page may ask a review service used by NOVA’s websites for review text; that request carries none of your form details. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
How long we keep it
Your request stays in the dispatch channel and the customer-management system for as long as we need it to handle your job and keep ordinary business records, such as scheduling history and accounting.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file about your request, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we have to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons. Call (813) 836-7236, or tell the team when they contact you. Mention your request reference if you have one.
Booking requests
Sending the form asks us to get in touch. It doesn’t confirm an appointment, and it doesn’t authorize any repair or charge.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging service for their homes. It isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle requests changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of service.
